Deposits and Payments

For permanent residence matters, generally we require a deposit of $4,000. For temporary residence and all other matters, we require the full amount of our fees as a deposit. This is not refundable due to the fact that we begin our work on the file as soon as the deposit is received. Once the application is prepared, the client is billed for the full amount (legal fees, application fees, taxes and disbursements) less the original deposit amount. Invoices must be paid within two weeks. We accept payment by cheque, cash, wire transfer, online payment (we send a link with the invoice), Interac email transfer and credit card (Stripe)

Results

Please note the amount we charge is for the process, not the result. Results can never be guaranteed by anyone ( immigration consultant). For more information about the results we set out to achieve for our clients, please see our Testimonials page.
